Jim Fronk and Bill McMurray
Join PLT Board of Directors

Jim Fronk and Bill McMurray joined the Payette Land Trust Board of Directors at the September meeting.

Jim Fronk is President and Principal of Secesh Engineering.  Jim, Wendy and their two sons have lived in McCall since 1991.  Jim graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University.  Jim serves as President of the Shepherd's Home Board of Directors.

Bill McMurray is the Owner/Broker of Community Real Estate Company.  Bill grew up in Santa Cruz, located in Northern California.  He graduated from San Jose State University's Industrial Design program.  Bill worked in the sailboat manufacturing industry for several years before joining a home building operation in 1988 as sales and marketing manager.

Bill moved to Boise, Idaho in 1993 to assist in the opening of a national mortgage bank.  He then moved to McCall in 1996.  Originally acting as Project Manager for Spring Mountain Ranch, his responsibilities varied from Sale Manager to entitlement development and General Manager for the start up of Hearthstone, McCall's first fractional ownership project.

In 2003 Bill opened Community Real Estate Company.  During the last 3 years Bill has directly run the Jug Mountain Ranch sales program.

Bill's involvement in McCall ranges from Chamber of Commerce board member and President to various advisory committees ranging from the McCall golf course to economic development.  Bill McMurray lives in Jug Mountain Ranch.


The Payette Land Trust is a non profit (501© 3) dedicated to protecting and preserving open space in Valley County.
